Where does the review data come from?
For your own business, you can connect your Google Business Profile: we read all your reviews through Google's official API and can publish your replies. For competitors we use public Google Maps data. Each review is read once and kept up to date daily.
Do I need to connect my Google account?
No. You can start with just your business name. Connecting Google Business Profile is recommended: it gives complete data for your business and enables one-click reply publishing.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English and Spanish. Reviews are analysed in any language, and reply drafts are written in the language of each review.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
Any business that lives on Google reviews: clinics, dentists, gyms, real estate agencies, restaurants, hotels, salons, workshops, shops… Theme detection adapts to each sector.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitment. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep read access to your data. To keep receiving reports, alerts and reply drafts, choose a plan. We never charge you without your explicit confirmation.
