Rankora analyses public and connected Google reviews and provides insights, reports, alerts and AI-generated reply drafts.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. New accounts get a free trial; no payment method is required, and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

You may only connect Google Business Profile locations you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for any reply you publish; AI drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed. Do not use the service to harass reviewers or to publish misleading content.

Insights and drafts are generated automatically and may contain errors. They do not constitute professional, legal or medical advice.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
